Spring is nearly upon us, which means (supposedly) better weather is near. After a March filled with rain for some and snow for others, we are all a little antsy to get outside and shake the dust off.

If you, like many others are contemplating putting your home on the market, a great way to cure that winter fatigue is to give the exterior of your home a facelift. This doesn’t necessarily have to mean dropping thousands of dollars either.

A buyer’s first impression of a home is established before they even get to the front door, so it’s very important to make it look as appealing as possible.   Better Homes and Gardens has put together some great and affordable ideas on how to increase the curb appeal of your house and maximize the interest of home buyers and sales price.
